EULA - End User License Agreement

End User - License Agreement (EULA)
Important! Read the following terms carefully before instilling, copying andor using oscSHOP.
This End User- License is a legal agreement between you, the end of user, including any legal entity for whom this software was obtained, and oscSHOP governing the use of the above-identified software supplied together with this EULA, including any and all associated media, printed materials, electronic documentation, packaging ("The Software"). By instilling, copying and otherwise using the Software, You confirm that You have read and understood that EULA and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
The Author affiliate means and entity that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control of the Author.
The Software is supplied "as is" without any extras guarantees to productivity, Purchasing power, data safety, etc. The Author does not guarantee that the Software will carry no errors, nor will it take on any liability for damages, either direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss resulting from the use of the Software, or damages caused by possible errors or misprints in the Software.

This EULA gives you a right to use only one copy of this oscSHOP for work only one internet-shop on only one web-server. The new License must be purchased for the next new oscSHOP installation.
The Author warrants that it has exclusive rights to license and distribute the Software, including all the images, photos, animation, text, and supplementary applications incorporated into the Software, and the right to license and distribute the accompanying printed materials and all of the Software copies. IF server detect two similar license codes, All licenses would block.

You may create your own databases for the applications included in the software if Such a feature is provided by the Software. The Author will not take on any liability with respect to the intellectual property rights of third parties which may be affected by the creation and use of such databases.
Modify the Software, including making changes to the object code of the applications and databases contained in the Software other than those that can be made by means of the Software and described in the documentation.

Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, the author may terminate this EULA if You fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
In such an event, You must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts and uninstall the Software.
